Berens prism bars are a series of prisms with increasing prismatic diopters. The wooden case contains two prism bars; one with horizontal-based prisms and one with vertical ­based prisms. 

 

These optical prisms have been manufactured with great accuracy and are used for treating symptomatic binocular vision disorders and diplopia.
