We were very excited to launch the new Eye Refract by Visionix at this year’s event, generating a huge amount of interest from visitors. Exclusively available in the UK through Grafton Optical, the Eye Refract has revolutionised the practice of refraction, offering a highly customised experience with quick, accurate and reliable measurements. The instrument brings the average time of a standard refraction down from 8-10 minutes, to 2 minutes. It was a very successful event for the EasyScan with many great partnerships made.

The EasyScan is a breakthrough, zero dilation, smart retinal imaging solution which uses SLO technology to capture high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. This year’s show saw the debut of the D-EYE, the portable eye and retinal imaging system for smartphones.

The pocket sized device replaces the traditional ophthalmoscope with a device which turns your smartphone into a portable camera, capable of recording and transmitting high-definition photos and videos of the posterior of the eye.
