Thank you to everyone who came and visited the Grafton Optical stand at Optrafair this year!

The 40th anniversary of the event proved to be a great year for us and we saw a huge amount of interest in our products, as well as our sponsored CET session and on-stand Dry Eye sessions, both led by 2017 BCLA Dry Eye Practitioner of the Year, Nick Dash.

The Grafton Dry Eye Centre was very busy throughout the whole show, demonstrating the growing interest in Dry Eye Disease throughout the industry and the desire of optometrists to offer a specialist Dry Eye service to their expanding demographic of patients presenting with this condition.

In particular we saw a lot of interest in and sales of the Ocular Surface Analyser (OSA) by SBM Sistemi for total Dry Eye assessment and the i-Pen Tear Film Osmolarity System by I-MED Pharma.

Also very popular at the show was the NEXY Retinal Imaging System by Next Sight - the automated non-mydriatic retinal camera, capable of delivering high definition colour images of the ocular fundus with a 45° angle of view.
